Team Consultation

This service helps to give coaches a fresh, unbiased opinion of systematic performance as well as a plan for implementation through video and practice development. Let’s face it. As coaches there sometimes isn’t enough time in the day to get all the work done. In spite of everything, we love it, and we push through but when we put our time into one area we just sometime don't have the time to put into some of the others. I can provide help to take things off your plate so you can focus your time on your focus points that take priority.

Video Consultation

This is a multi-layered service which can be tailor made to each team’s needs. Coaches can get a fresh, unbiased opinion of systematic performance as well as a plan for implementation through video and practice development.

Are you looking for a forensic analysis of your broad systems? Are they systems working or are the players unaccountable to the system?
Are your systems fluid and congruent? I.e. Does your NZ trap or tracking fundamentals work its way back into your DZ coverage set?
Are you looking for different ideas on Face-offs, tracking, DZ coverage, etc.?
Maybe your staff isn’t large and you want someone to work individually with a key player or all players’ individual tactics and/or fundamentals.

I can do a general overview or the coach can dictate the focus points they’d like me to concentrate on.

On-Site Consultation

In addition to providing off-site consultation via zoom I can make myself available to travel to you on-site. The most important thing when starting a process like this is trust. Can you trust someone to come in and work with you to help to make things better, provide improvement actions, and to not work against you. I am confident, through all my years of playing and coaching experience, that you can make 5 quick calls and learn that I am a man of character and integrity.

So, what do you need?

Does your team require skating or skills work at practice?
Do you have a player or group of players that need skill/skating/conditioning work to rehab from injury?
Do your defencemen need work? Do they walk the offensive blueline properly, have proper hinge fundamentals on regroups, understand the finer concepts of breaking the puck out of their zone, and/or do then know when to activate offensively?
Do you need ideas for practice drills and a plan to implement new concepts in practice?
