I played elite level hockey from Junior hockey to professional in multiple countries around the world.  Feeling I had the size, skill and talent to make it to the highest level I was frustrated and disheartened when that opportunity didn't present itself.  When the opportunity opened for my first pro coaching job I wanted to take the skills and knowledge I had learned from my playing years and make sure that my players had the skill, skating, and knowledge base so that they could be the best version of themselves.  That mindset of development has always been my passion and a core component of my coaching.  Having coached very young kids to experienced pros has helped me develop unique communication tools to teach the very basic and  most advanced skills.
